There are a number of Temporary Work Visas, and which one is right for you depends on the type of business you plan to conduct in the US, the length of time you intend to stay in the US, and a number of other factors.
If you only plan to come to the US for a short stay lasting fewer than 6 months, and you will be conducting business like activity in the US, but are not paid or compensated for work done by a US employer then the B Visa is likely a good option for you.
If you are a trader or investor who plans to trade or invest a very subtantial amount towards the development of business on US territory, and you belong to a treaty country then the E Visas might be a suitable choice for you.
If you will be directly employed by a company in the US, and will be receiving compensation from the US company while you are here, there are a few different Visa options, many of which may be valid choices, but it is best to find the option that is best for you.
If you are a manager, executive, or work in a highly specialized field, and your company is transferring you to work for an affialiated company within the US, then the L Visas may be right for you.
If you are a foreign physician, a professor, or will be doing research for a university, the J Visa might be right for you.
If you are either a Canadian or Mexican citizen, and you are coming to the US to do highly skilled work that you are trained to do and have experience doing, but you are keeping a permanent residence in your home country, then the TN Visa might be the best fit for you.
If no Visa listed so far has fit your needs or situation then an H Visa is likely going to be the best option for you.
